Customer Lifecycle and Performance Marketing Manager
MARKETING | FULL-TIME
The Customer Lifecycle and Performance Marketing manager is to lead all top of funnel customer acquisition efforts across the business. The primary focus will be on generating quality user signups and app account activations via paid and organic acquisition, where you will be tracking, testing and optimizing our customer acquisition marketing mix. You will also be tasked with improving customer activation and engagement through multi-channel marketing messaging campaigns across email, in-app push, and SMS.
In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that will drive user growth & retention while upholding our brand image. Highly creative thinking and articulate copywriting, combined with demonstrated innovation and analytical capabilities, are necessities for this role.
