Working with Head of Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers across direct channels in order to achieve targets in accordance with long-term profitability.
Key channels include on ground agents, and on ground event channels. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the paid channel strategy, with accountability for the budgets for all paid channels.
You will take ownership of tracking and reporting on customer acquisitions and provide accurate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting including commentary and recommendations. You will also manage external agency relationships.
